Professional Profile
Francesca Lee is a San Francisco Bay Area singer-songwriter, educator, and community arts advocate. A graduate of Paul McCartney's Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), she has spent more than two decades performing original music while helping others discover the transformative power of music through performance, songwriting, and education.
For more than fifteen years, Francesca has advanced community arts through her work with Bread & Roses Presents, producing and presenting live performances throughout the Bay Area that bring music to hospitals, senior communities, rehabilitation centers, shelters, correctional facilities, and nonprofit organizations. Her work reflects a lifelong belief that music can foster connection, healing, and a sense of belonging.
Alongside her community work, Francesca has built a respected career as a music educator, teaching voice, guitar, piano, songwriting, and artist development. She has served on the faculty of Blue Bear School of Music, led songwriting workshops at The Freight & Salvage, taught at Marin Community Music School, and mentored students ranging from young children to emerging adult songwriters.
